Our guests need to be registered with the HOA management office at least 24 hours prior to the arrival. Guest pass for using community amenities: 1-day pass - $20.00 per person 3-day pass - $30.00 per person 7-day pass –$50.00 per person Children under 2 free with adult registration. The community offers amenities that are accessible to all guests during the designated hours of operation. Amenity passes can be obtained by visiting the community center. It is important to note that the owner cannot be held responsible if the amenities are unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, weather conditions, or other conditions as specified by the community. Community Indoor Pool Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday 11 am - 7 pm Thursday, Friday & Saturday 11 am - 9 pm Community Outdoor Pool Hours (summer only): Saturday & Sunday 11 am to 7 pm, weather permitting Community Boat Rental 4 Single Kayaks 2 Tandem Kayaks 2 Peddle Boats 2 Paddle Boards Available on weekends only from 11 am to 6 pm.
